Meet Mike Ho
Born in 1953, founder of the Longevity Life Project. This is not just a business—it's a mission. I've watched too many loved ones suffer from preventable health issues, and I believe we can do better.
Why Longevity Matters
Most people today don't die from old age—they die from preventable conditions like heart disease, diabetes, and stress-related illness. Too often, change comes too late.
But what if we started earlier? With simple, evidence-based lifestyle shifts, we can slow aging, preserve energy, and add meaningful years of health.
"That is the heart of my vision."
— Mike Ho, Founder
The Experiment That Proved It
In 2010, I launched a small project in my own Taoyuan housing community. Ten seniors, averaging 80 years old, joined me. For five years, I prepared three Mediterranean-style meals daily and encouraged afternoon karaoke for social connection.
Many of them lived with diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart problems. But with the right food, daily joy, and consistent care, their health improved—and even now, they continue to live active, fulfilling lives.
